Sunset Campground

Breathtaking views of the Abajo, Bears Ears, and Sleeping Ute Mountains. Enjoy the sunrise creep over the horizon of Colorado, welcoming in another spectacular morning.  In the evening, enjoy the sunset over the Bears Ears National Monument in Utah. The campground is located on 20 acres of private land on the southern edge of Blanding. Nine quiet, secluded, spacious dry camping spots with no amenities.  Juniper trees, sagebrush, cactus, yuccas, and best of all Ancestral Puebloan cultural sites are found throughout the private property and on the adjoining public land. The Five Kiva Cultural Site and a natural bridge are within walking distance.  Great hike to explore this beautiful scenery in Southeastern Utah.
