ROAD CLOSURES: Highway 162 is flooded and closed from the intersection of Highway 191 to Bluff Bench Road. Roads in Montezuma Creek are also believed to remain closed. Never drive through floodwater. 10/26/26

PARK CLOSURES: Monument Valley Tribal Park and Four Corners Monument are currently closed as of 10/26/26

Sand Island Recreation Area is currently closed to the public. Please stay out of the San Juan River. Water levels remain elevated, and possible sewage contamination poses additional health risks.
