Spring Creek Trail

Beginning at the northernmost point, the first half mile of Spring Creek Trail is an easy and enjoyable walk through aspen and pine trees. Once you reach the semi-desert, the trail starts to ascend, giving you the opportunity to take in the expansive views of the Abajos covered in pines and aspens.

After a while, you'll re-enter a forested area with a rocky path. Although the elevation doesn't change much, it can take a while to make it through the rocks. You'll eventually come to the Robertson Pasture Trail, which you can take to a saddle point between Twin Peaks. The trail abruptly ends when it meets a dirt road.
