The Peekaboo Trail begins at the Squaw Valley Trailhead in the Canyonlands Needle District. The path is sandy and easy to follow, and there are signs at every intersection. The trail winds around several rim sections and includes a ladder to get down one of the steep slickrock sections. Following the cairns, the trail leads into a wash with trees and sand and passes a backpacking campsite.
The path then goes back up onto the rim, where there are huge areas of slickrock and walls. There is a small hole in one of the walls that you can go through. The trail has some small steep climbs and descents, and at one point you will see a big canyon on the right. Follow the cairns to a ladder that goes down into a crack, and then walk on the flat, sandy trail to the other side of the trailhead, where you can see some rock art on the wall.
When you're ready to leave, just follow your steps back to the trailhead.
