Medicine Lake Trail

The Medicine Lake Trail, located in the Manti-La Sal National Forest, is a 1-mile trail that starts on the southeast side of Medicine Lake near the outlet, linking up to the South Mountain trail and the Burlfriends trail for an 8-mile loop, suitable for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding.
