At La Sal Junction on Highway 191, tum onto Highway 46. After about 5 miles you'll reach a junction of Highway 46 and County Road 174. From here, go north on county Road 174 for about 4 miles. Just before 174 crosses under some power lines, you'll notice the Slaughter Flat Trail which heads north.
