Needles Overlook

Needles Overlook(opens in new tab) sits 1,600 ft (486 m) above the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park and offers nearly 360-degree views of the sandstone formations that line the view on the horizon.

Experience serenity as you will most likely have the whole place to yourself! Stop at the three other overlooks within the Canyon Rims Recreation Area as you drive along County Rd 132. The road comes to an end at the Anticline Overlook(opens in new tab), which is the final overlook along this road.

Camping along County Rd. 133 & 132 can be found at Wind Whistle(opens in new tab) and Hatch Point(opens in new tab) Campgrounds.
