This workshop will provide practical hands-on experience with residential wiring. We will discuss the National Electrical Code and how it impacts residential wiring and potentially unsafe electrical situations. We will learn how to wire: lights, receptacles, GFCI’s and switches, read blueprints, layout electrical circuits, and lighting design. Most of this course will be hands on. Depending on the project, we will be doing one of the 3 following types of wiring; a new build/rough-in, finish work or remodeling/rewire.
