Mental Health First Aid Training
Hosted by USU Extension - San Juan County at the Blanding Arts and Events Center on February 2. Registration is open at:(opens in new tab)http://tinyurl.org/mhfa-blanding(opens in new tab) Mental Health First Aid is a training for community members to learn more about how to help those around them who have mental health and substance abuse problems. The training will equip participants with skills to be able to respond in a way that is effective and compassionate. The skills can be used in everyday situations and in crisis situations. There's no cost to attend.
