Confluence Overlook Trail

The trail begins by crossing several canyons with washes at the bottom. The trail sees large swings in elevation as you climb in and out of the canyons, but soon enough the last canyon is crossed and the trail flattens out. Some of these climbs are steep, and one includes a short ladder. The trail goes by a massive sandstone monument before emptying into the flats of Cyclone Canyon. After crossing a grassland, the trail parallels a 4WD road until being within a half-mile of the overlook. The last half-mile is rocky, and then you are treated with one of the grandest views in southern Utah.

There is little shade, so you'll want to start very early to do the trip in summer.
