Come join Shai for Community Yoga. This will be a beginners class, Hatha style. Anyone welcome!
There will be a $5 introductory fee.
As far as Covid restrictions go masks will be required at all times off the mat—mats properly distanced!
Shai will be holding regular yoga classes Tuesdays and Thursdays starting February 23rd at 7PM. These classes will be more progressive in style.
