Buckboard Campground

One of four Forest Service campgrounds in the Abajo Mountains, Buckboard is located in the 6 1/2 miles west of Monticello in a pleasant alpine mountain setting. During winter months, there is a groomed cross-country ski trail maintained by the City of Monticello & the Blue Mountain Ski & Snowshoe Club.
