San Juan County and it's partnering cities of Blanding, Bluff, and Monticello are pleased to announce a grant program for small business's negatively affected by COVID-19 with funds received through the CARES act. Funding will range from $1,000 to $10,000 per business. The awarded grant amount will be determined by COVID-19 impact, previous CARES funding, and the number of employees.
-Aug 12 Open House, 5-7 PM, Blanding City Office - masks required
-Aug 17 The grant program will begin accepting applications
-Applications reviews will occur every Friday and checks sent out every Tuesday. Please note, some business applications may take longer to award based on the grant review process. Businesses will be notified of their application status following a similar timeline.
-Oct 31 No applicants will be accepted when the grant fund is exhausted or the deadline of Oct 31 - whichever comes first.
3. All applicants must be a registered small business (Less than 250 employees) with an active business license in San Juan County or a partnering city - Monticello, Blanding, or Bluff.
4. Upon completion of the online application you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application with a copy of your application's responses. If you do not receive an email, your application was not received.
5. Applications will be received on a first-come, first-served basis as completed applications are received.
