WTC Utah announces Webinar for International Women’s Day Celebration

The Women’s Business Center of Utah and World Trade Center Utah have announced the panelists for the annual International Women’s Day Celebration. The discussion will celebrate women’s achievements and encourage attendees to choose to challenge themselves. Collectively every person and all groups can make a difference within their sphere of influence by taking concrete action to help build a more gender-equal world. From small powerful grassroots gatherings to large-scale conferences and events.

Panelists for the celebration include VP for J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in Salt Lake City, Utah, Rachelle Morris,  Heidi Kuhn, founder and CEO of Roots of Peace and Pat Jones CEO of the Women’s Leadership  Institute.

Morris is responsible for overseeing private client relationships for J.P. Morgan across the state of Utah and advises on a wide range of wealth planning matters including asset allocation, investments, credit, fiduciary services and philanthropy.

Kuhn founded Roots of Peace in September 1997 with a vision to transform MINES TO VINES.

Her non-profit empowers families living in war torn regions with hope leading to the economics of peace through export and trade. Her organization helps in the transformation of mine fields to sustainable agricultural farmland.

Jones has made it the mission of the Women’s Leadership Institute to elevate the stature of female leadership in the state of Utah. Her 35 year background working for a successful public opinion and market and research firm, coupled with serving in the Utah Legislature for 14 years more than qualifies her for a spot on the panel.

International Women’s Day is celebrated everywhere. The Women’s Business Center is asking you to join in recognizing extraordinary women business owners.

Mark the date and time. Monday March 8th, from 11 AM to 1 PM.
